Failed to refresh: Failed to render snap shot image

Hi,

 

when I tried to snapshot java GUI application, it shows in the status bar of the capture as Failed to refresh: Failed to render the snapshot image

I able to refresh manually it reresh displays all the content of the application, and i able to describe the GUI.

This looks like a bug. Please contact support and log incident with all required information to inverstigate this issue.
